I have been told because I am a woman, I cannot do things. I have been told because I am a woman, I should not burp out loud. I shouldn’t be loud. I shouldn’t curse. F*cking PLAIN and SIMPLE. If a woman wants to get up and speak her truth, and this feels authentic to her, she should be allowed to do that without any judgment from anybody! She should be allowed to get out there and just BE her. We give men the ability to show up and say terrible things, men get up and speak their truth. When men throw a few f-bombs, we’re applauding. Gary Vee is a perfect example of this instance. Yet, we have ONE woman who comes up and says f*ck a few times, all of a sudden she shouldn’t be allowed to use a word that is a descriptor of power.
When I say f*ck, I feel it in my SOUL, it is a powerful word. If that word is right at the moment, and no other word can convey the amount of power that f*ck can, you and I should be allowed to use it.
When people dictate how we can show up because of what’s between our legs, it’s total bullsh*t. That’s why so many online coaches come into this space and they are terrified of authenticity. They are terrified of how they’re going to be judged because of how they look, act, and speak. Do we do that to men? No, men can show up any way shape or form, and that’s okay but we should be given that same permission.
I am so tired of being told that we have to act a certain way in society – we have to show a certain front to the world, and being told that swearing is unprofessional. You deserve to show up as your true authentic self ALWAYS. If anyone else tells you differently, they do not belong in your circle of influence.
If people truly loved you, they would support you no matter what. They’d support you if you dropped a few f-bombs, or if you didn’t. You need to show up in whatever shape or form that makes you feel good. You shouldn’t have to fathom the idea of people telling you to hide parts of you, you should be able to do the f*ck you want, whenever the f*ck you want. You are an individual who has a passion and purpose, do not allow people to dictate how you show up in life or business.
Why is there a huge gap in coaches in the online space? If you think about it, there’s the top 1% who make 7 figures, roughly 30% making 6 figures, and no in-between. There’s then the people living at the poverty level, barely making money as coaches. This is because they are terrified to show up as their true authentic selves. This is total bullsh*t, nobody in this world should be scared to show up as themselves.

It is so unbelievably frustrating as a coach when I see so many women try so f*cking hard to show up, the second they start to grasp a little bit of their authenticity, one person has to give their opinion and detract all the progress she made. One person couldn’t handle seeing power, seeing a woman stepping into her authenticity and owning it. Then that coach turns around, and she stops showing up.
Let me tell you – nothing is more powerful than owning your authenticity. If people don’t like it, WHO CARES. I know it’s hard to hear, but you’ve got to show up like you give zero f*cks, you show up in a way that makes you happy. Stop worrying about other people and how they will perceive you.
You will get push back, people who disagree, family members who message you, and give their opinions, but it does not matter. It’s not their mission or passion, it’s yours. You must have enough courage to go forward anyway, you will get negative feedback. Reality is, you can’t please every single individual on this planet.
Ladies, we have to stop giving a f*ck.
The most powerful thing in the entire world is when YOU find your true authentic self. Once you find that, never let her go. That is why we exist and we are on this planet, to find that person and be her always. No matter what.

If the answer is no, I get it, it’s so hard with societal pressures, but your life is worth so much more than that.
